Gamebook Companion for iOS – Now Available
Have you ever wished you didn’t have to carry around a pencil, dice and paper when playing a Fighting Fantasy book? Well, if you’ve got an iOS device then you don’t have to any longer with the Gamebook Companion, available from iTunes now. You can store your character’s statistics, all the equipment you pick up during a book and even play out battles and Test Your Luck with the easy to use Quick Play buttons. At only 69p any iOS device owning Fighting Fantasy owner shouldn’t be without this easy to use, handy little App.

Gallimard Publishing and Le Grimoire Publishing have published Fighting Fantasy (as Bloodbones) & Lone Wolf gamebooks in the french language. 75.000 copies where sold in 2 months. A video is available here : http://youtu.be/CbV2go0028w
The french version of “Night of the Necromancer” by Jonathan Green will be availlable in November 2012 !
War of Deities added
A new Turn-To only adventure (you will currently have to track your own stats), War of Deities by Stuart Lloyd has been added to the collection. It’s a biggie at 400 references, and I aim to make this the next encoded adventure.
Fantazine #9 Released
Fighting Fantazine #9 has been published, visit the home site www.fightingfantazine.co.uk or download it here. The latest issue features interviews with artist Ian Miller, a new 275 reference adventure Return to the Icefinger Mountains by Ed Jolley and illustrated by Brett Schofield, an article on gamebooks in Germany by Nicolai Bonczyk (with translation by Alexander Kühnert), and an Advanced Fighting Fantasy adventure: Andrew Wright’s The Hunt for the Black Whale (illustrated by Michael Wolmarans).

JUNE 2012 : Gallimard Publishing and Le Grimoire Publishing have published “Bloodbones” gamebook in french language under the name “Pirates de l’Au-delà”, as 4 first titles of FF and also 4 first titles for LW.
